The Hillyard Group provides architecture design, engineering, construction and real estate development services in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston and New Orleans areas. The Hillyard Group focuses on Urban Infill, Multi-Family, Mixed Use, Commercial, Industrial and Residential Developments. With a 30-year history of delivering value from thoughtful designs and excellence in project development and delivery, the Hillyard Group has a proven track record of delivering projects that achieve the client’s objectives.

Philosophy

Hillyard Group LLC is an architectural, engineering, construction (AEC) and development company that believes that no two projects are the same, and every project is optimized through the use of project unique solutions. This philosophy leads to careful consideration of each projects unique challenges with the goal of developing an optimized solution for each project. On one hand we approach each project as a unique problem, on the other hand we carry forward learnings from one project to the next. This continuum of information allows for Hillyard Group to continuously improve efficiency in how we render our services.

Management Team

Robert Keith Hillyard AIA, NCARB, MBA, CE, EIT

Principal Architect

Robert is a Louisiana and Texas native who attended the University of Houston School of Architectural and Design. Robert graduated with honors from the Gerald D Hines College of Architecture and Design. Additionally Robert has received Masters of Science in Civil Engineering with an emphases in Structural Engineering and a MBA with an emphasis in real-estate at Southern Methodist University. Robert is a licensed Architect in the Texas, Louisiana and Maryland and has completed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE), Professional Engineering (PE) exams with an emphasis in Civil Engineering. Robert is a PhD candidate with an emphasis in sustainable building with compressed earth blocks.
